Kierros tai muu opastuspalvelu maksetaan varauksen yhteydessä, ellei erikseen ole sovittu muuta.
Asiakas voi peruuttaa varauksen maksutta viimeistään 48 tuntia ennen palvelun alkua. Tämän jälkeen tehdystä peruutuksesta maksua ei palauteta.
Jos palvelu peruuntuu järjestäjän toimesta, asiakkaalle palautetaan maksettu summa kokonaisuudessaan.
Mahdollisista ajankohdan tai varauksen muutoksista voidaan sopia erikseen.
Palvelun hinnassa ilmoitetaan asiakkaan maksettavaksi tuleva kokonaishinta.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
Tours and other guiding services are paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
The booking may be cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the service. For cancellations made after this time, the payment will not be refunded.
If the service is cancelled by the service provider, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Changes to the booking or scheduled time may be agreed separately.
The price shown to the customer is the total price payable.
